At Rideal Staff, we hand over pay-slips of dispatched staff every month. At least once a month, we meet directly with dispatched staff, and provide feedback to the person in charge at the company regarding any concerns. This helps create an environment that facilitates work for both sides.
Furthermore, one or two persons are specifically in charge of each dispatched staff, so we handle inquiries quickly.
In order to create an environment where it is easy for dispatched staff to work, we directly meet with staff once a month, sincerely listen to their problems and worries, and work toward solutions.
Our work doesn't end with placement. Our comprehensive system for follow-up during the employment period helps to ensure a high retention rate.
When a company requests a change, we promptly replace with other personnel.
