QWhat is the cost? +
AWe offer a flexible fee system taking into account the number of recruiting positions at your company, the skill level, and other needs.
QIs it possible to check the personnel being recruited?+
AThe Japanese Worker Dispatching Act stipulates that, when the dispatching client company concludes a worker dispatch contract, actions aimed a selecting the dispatched staff are not allowed, and thus it is not possible to do things like request submission of a resume, or conduct an interview.
(This does not apply to employment placement dispatching)
QWhat is the period from contract signing to the start of dispatching?+
AIt varies depending on factors such as the nature of the work to be done, necessary skills, and the locality where work will be done. However work can be done within as little as five business days until the start of work by dispatched staff.
QWhat are the work location areas?+
AThe Rideal Staff Group has offices in Kanagawa Prefecture and Fukuoka Prefecture, and we provide staff for a wide range of occupations, and diverse personnel services.
QWhat is worker dispatching?+
AThe different between general labor contracts and dispatch contracts lies in separation of the "instruction relationship" and "employment relationship."
It is the dispatching company which concludes an employment contract with the dispatched staff.
Unlike the case of a regular employee or contract employee, the dispatching company does things like pay salary to dispatched staff, and carry out procedures for social insurance.
QWhat is employment placement dispatching?+
AThis is the term for worker dispatching under the assumption that employment placement at the client company will be done before dispatch work, or after it starts.
If there is agreement by both sides, the client company and the dispatched staff, the dispatched staff is directly employed by the client company.
The dispatching period of employment placement dispatching is set to a maximum of 6 months, regardless of the occupation. Dispatching contracts exceeding 6 months are not allowed. (Contract renewal during the term is also not allowed.)
The client company pays a placement fee to the dispatching company conforming to the employment placement contract, in addition to the fee in the worker dispatching contract.
QWhat is fee-based employment placement?+
AThis is a service for placing job seekers with recruiting companies. An employment relationship is established if, after our company's interview and document screening, there is a match between the desire of the recruiting company to hire, and the desire of the job seeker.
As the usage fee for fee-based employment placement, we receive 30% of the estimated annual income of the job seeker when the hiring takes effect.
